According to a report by Altman Solon, sponsored by AWS, Communication Service Providers (CSPs) equipped with advanced data capabilities are actively pursuing revenue-generating use cases, including personalization and the development of new product features. Notably, 64% of CSPs surveyed, concurred that many of the GenAI use cases under consideration represent pioneering applications.
